Go Group contacts the client and talks them through the process including details of documentation and insurance.
From this conversation and client’s needs a dedicated single point of coordination will be chosen.
A Go Group representative will arrange a pre-move survey with client to discuss specific requirements.
During the pre-move survey A full detailed move plan is arranged.
Photos are taken of the origin property and a copy of the floor plan is requested of the new home – so that initial plans can be drawn up of placement.
7-14 days before the move your dedicated person returns to the home with the foreman so that the client can meet the foreman and final plans be confirmed.
A Go Group crew will pack and load into appropriate sized trucks or containers.
Transport & customs clearance at destination (if relevant).
Full delivery with unpacking of the furniture, cartons, reassembly of normal furniture items, appliances etc.
Maid service who will unpack your china and glass, clean it and then place it in your cupboards, make your beds, iron any clothing ([if necessary) before putting it away in your cupboards, general clean of your home and generally give you the luxury finish to your move.
Handyman for reassembly of furniture, hanging of pictures and mirrors etc.
