We are recruiting for a smart, dynamic and focused Manager, Client Services to join our business and make a significant contribution to the development of a brand new, exciting Relocation & Global Mobility brand which is planned to launch in 2022.

We’re looking for someone keen, lively, with a real flair for new ideas and thinking and can help present the work we do in new and interesting ways as part of the growth of our company. This is an ideal role for either someone with great skills and experience from either the Relocation or Global Mobility industry or from a comparable role from another industry to be involved right from the outset with the creation of a really exciting new business which has something new and fresh to offer.

This new role will be a mix of Client Services, Business Development & Operations and will make a significant contribution to the start of a brand new company based in Central London as our new company grows and evolves.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Make a significant contribution to the Client Development for all the companies within our group – FD-Platinum, Go-Group and the launch of a brand-new Relocation Services / Global Mobility business – so some comfort with developing new business and making sales approaches is essential.
  • Assist with the operational implementation and growth of the new business. Create process, onboard suppliers and make operational partnerships to develop the business.
  • Assume responsibility for day to day operations and customer service as the business grows, so either bring with you an understanding of the relocation industry OR be willing to learn the industry at an expedited pace in order to provide excellent service to our clients and customers.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Business Development team and Senior Leadership to execute projects relating to marketing and business development.
  • Brand champion – working closely to develop our brand across all companies in the group.
  • Other projects as required.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the Global Mobility, relocation or comparable industries OR an aptitude to learn the relocation industry at an expedited pace.
  • 3 years experience in a customer facing role in a comparable industry.
  • Past experience of working in a successful team.
  • Very strong written & in person presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt style and approach to different client profiles.
  • Discretion and adaptability.
  • Willingness to get involved, learn & adapt quickly & work hard to achieve results.
  • Willingness to work in a Startup environment & independently without supervision.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University / College Degree (preferred)
  • International Living / Working Experience (preferred);
  • Second European Language (French / German / Spanish) – preferred not essential.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with Salesforce / equivalent CRM / database
  • Previous project management experience
